not too much sugar for a meal and very little protein, have a place, as a snack

The purpose of the Clif Bar is a little different from Slim Fast. Still working as a substitute for a meal just because it is less calories than a normal meal, but more than a granola bar, but most are technically Clif energy bars instead of weight loss. If you work for you, but I want a test drive. Your diet should be at least 1200 calories a day anyway, so it looks like Clif Bar can, what you eat during the day, fit, go ahead.
