Jock Itch / Male Yeast Infection? - white jock itch pictures

I wonder if someone could help me determine what I have.

My skin on the underside of my scrotum red with the rest of my scrotum. If not washed every day, the skin begins to peel / flake / chapped skin and itching.

I have read many sources on Yahoo Answers, Wikipedia and other sites

I have all the symptoms of Jock itch and seems more like, but what troubles me most, that most cases of dermatitis is jock affects the groin, while my only one patch to the scrotum.

Classic Jock Itch affects the inner thighs and lower buttocks, genitals, not even. If the testicle is inflamed, probably due to a fungal disease, candidiasis, and a doctor should be consulted.

1. Does this mean that I have), candidiasis (fungal infection?
2. Where all this might have been?
3. Can infect allSex with in the bottom of my scrotum?

I suggest that it is a yeast infection, because after having sex with a woman, it is a white flaky substance (solid) (best described as small pieces of wet paper mache) to her vagina.
