FSX- How to create a 2nd Flight Planner after you already completed your 1st one.? - charlotte cruising spot

So now my flight under instrument flight rules plan, and the trip from Frankfurt to Miami. I have the takeoff, descent, approach, landing and rolling to the gate gave me at ATC. Now I want to move out of Miami, and perhaps go Charlotte. How do I create a new flight plan and began to position exactly where I am. I will not start on a new gate or a runway. I'm flying existence in exactly the same.
