SMS while driving is agaist the law here in California, the law is as follows .... in the opinion do u think ur a good idea for this law, especially when it comes to young people? Would u change the law?

in my opinion, I think it is a good law, but with a hearing aid may distration one because the person is always bER ...... distracted
