Pain under foot (under the 2nd toe)? - pain in the great foot

After some time walking the other day in my new Puma now I feel a great pain in my foot to the phalanges and metatarsal bones in the foot near the big toe. In particular, white in this image from Wikipedia (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/co ... his number 2, where the "body" of the toes and 6 installations are located. Does anybody you what the problem might be and how could the heel. Thank you.
