Reaching max free calls on voip? I dont get it...please explain!? - index of /night calls

I said that VoIP is free, fixed and mobile phones to reach U.S..

I know theres a maximum reading of 300 minutes of free calls, and I in the footer of the website. But I spoke of not more than 20 minutes total, probably not even 15 minutes.
