The majority of people on the French fries, actually consumed stranded on 430kcal and 22g fat. You'll find that fast food like McDonald's have lots of fat and calories in their chips instead of the hamburger - no wonder why so many people use to eat in restaurants of the ever fast food to begin with the books!

Your diet for a day seems pretty good and balanced, however, appears to contain vegetables or fruit per lot (because he was a salad with French fries, how big was it?).

Drag your pool in the equation is a very good food. I slept on the Oreo and Chips to be honest. In contradiction to his efforts to be healthy:). Perhaps it is limited to 2 "is" a week?
